Terms and Conditions

  1. Lead Times: Lead times are subject to change.
  2. Quotation Validity: Quotes are valid for 30days.
  3. Availability: All stock quoted is subject to prior sale.
  4. Product Shelf Life: All applicable products will be supplied with a minimum of 70% shelf life.
  5. Minimum Order: The minimum order value is $500 for both domestic and international orders.
  6. Customer Feedback: We are committed to delivering exemplary service. Your feedback is important and greatly appreciated.
  7. Abbreviations & Acronyms: Please refer to the following abbreviations and acronyms for item descriptions:

    · FN: Factory New
    · OH: Overhauled
    · CD: Condition
    · SV: Serviceable
    · AR: As Removed
    · NS: New Surplus
    · RP: Repaired
    · Rqst: On Request
    · MOQ: Minimum Order Quantity
    · TBA: To Be Advised
  8. Price, Availability, and Lead Time: Price, availability, and lead time (in working days) are subject to change without prior notice and must be confirmed upon order receipt.
  9. Exchange Orders: For Exchange Orders, Core Value must be confirmed, and an Exchange Agreement must be signed.
  10. Inspection: Parts are subject to inspection before release.
  11. Pricing: Pricing is based on requested quantities.
  12. AOG Orders: For AOG orders with a total value lower than EUR/USD 300.00, an AOG Fee of EUR/ USD 300.00 will apply, or as imposed by the original source of supply (a copy will be supplied).
  13. Credit Terms / Payment Means: Payment terms are to be approved or Net 30 Days end of the month, with wire transfer as the payment method.
  14. Customs Duties and Taxes: Prices are exclusive of any applicable Customs Duties and/or other taxes (VAT/GST/other) and/or licenses.
  15. Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Prices quoted might be subject to Exchange Rate fluctuations at the date of the invoice (as applicable).
  16. Wire Transfer Fees: For Cash In Advance (CIA) payment, please add EUR/USD 30.00 wire transfer fees.
  17. Material Returns: Material return must be accompanied by a duly completed Return Material Authorization (RMA).
  18. Return Policy: No return will be accepted after 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the parties. Restocking fees of 30% may apply, or as imposed by the original source of supply.
  19. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not included. Volumetric or hazardous materials may attract additional charges.
  20. Commercial Use: This offer is valid for thirty days and for commercial applications only.
  21. Import/Export Regulations: Some material, with commercial and/or military applications, might require Import/Export or Re-Export licenses or permits.
  22. Export Authorization: Material may not be transferred or otherwise disposed of in any other countries, either in its original form or being used on other end-items, without a valid Import/Export or Re-Export authorization, license, or permit (as applicable).
  23. Acceptance: Payment to Pro-forma Invoice sent is deemed to constitute acceptance of the terms set forth herein and any additional terms agreed upon through written communication as determined by AAPRM.
  24. Client(s), its Affiliate(s), and direct or indirect owner(s) [(including business entities, trusts, or natural person(s)], as well as any entities or individuals acting on their behalf, hereby certify and agree that they shall use the goods and services obtained from AAPRM solely for legitimate purposes. These purposes include, but are not limited to, the maintenance, repair, overhaul ("MRO"), and operation of aircraft, in strict compliance with all applicable international aviation laws and regulations.
  25. Client(s) shall not, directly, or indirectly, resell or re-export any goods, components, or related technology obtained from AAPRM in violation of applicable export control laws, regulations, or sanctions of any country or jurisdiction, including but not limited to Canada, the United States, the European Union, and any other relevant authorities.
  26. Client(s) shall not supply any goods, components, or related technology obtained from AAPRM to embargoed countries, sanctioned entities, specially designated nationals, or any person or entity listed on a denied party list promulgated by any government or government agency. This compliance shall be in accordance with all relevant international and national sanctions regimes.
  27. Client(s) shall not use any goods, components, or related technology obtained from AAPRM for any purpose connected with chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, or missiles capable of delivering such weapons. Furthermore, Client(s) shall not re-export such goods, components, or related technology if it is known or suspected that they are intended or likely to be used for such purposes, in strict compliance with international non-proliferation agreements and regulations.
  28. This Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon Client(s), its Affiliates, direct or indirect owners (including business entities, trusts, or natural persons), and any entities or individuals acting on their behalf for all transactions with AAPRM, now and in the future, and shall fully comply with all applicable international and national laws and regulations, including but not limited to those of Canada, the United States, the European Union, and international aviation agreements and conventions.
  29. In the event that forged or falsified end-user details are discovered, AAPRM reserves the right to confiscate any remittance by Client(s) to AAPRM and or products, services provided to Client(s) without any further legal consequences to AAPRM, unless the genuineness of the purchase order is verified to AAPRM's satisfaction within reasonable timeframe set by AAPRM and or by its suppliers.
  30. This Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the United States of America, including international aviation laws and regulations where relevant.
  31. This Statement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein, while ensuring strict adherence to international aviation treaties and conventions.
